Eugene Furs

Chief Operating Officer

Eugene has over 18 years of business and software engineering experience. He is an invaluable member of the C.T.Co team. He acquired in-depth experience in analysis, design and development while working with some of the largest banks in Latvia.

Ieva Jansone

Chief Financial Officer

Ieva joined the team in the beginning of 2005. She brings extensive experience in accounting and finance, helping C.T.Co achieve its business goals. Prior to C.T.Co, Ieva was a credit card acquisition department manager, and then she served as a marketing manager for one of the largest retailers in the Baltics. Ieva holds a degree in business administration.

Sergey Zabaluev

Business Development Director

Sergey joined C.T.Co in 2001. He participated in numerous global IT projects for the financial, reinsurance and e-commerce industries as a project manager, system architect and consultant. Sergey has an extensive knowledge of enterprise technologies and all aspects of software development process, with special interest in agile and lean development methods.
