Reporting Solution Maintenance and Support

Global financial services company

Challenge

C.T.Co client acquired a comprehensive reinsurance solution, which included Policy Management, Reinsurance Contract Management, Technical Accounting and Financial Accounting modules. The solution also included an extensive set of standard reports across all modules. But, the solution provider was not able to further perform maintenance of the solution and therefore C.T.Co was asked by the client to maintain the solution going forward.

Solution

C.T.Co specialists analyzed the existing solution and collected change requests from the client personnel. Change requests were prioritized according to the business needs and technical complexity. Based on the prioritized change requests list development was performed and integrated solution was successfully tested.

Additional reporting requirements were collected and implemented in order to tailor more than 50 reports to end-user needs.
