Fast growing business led to increasing information needs by company top management, which could not be addressed by the existing IT systems.
Solution
C.T.Co analyzed the existing operational landscape and facilitated several requirements gathering workshops with key stakeholders at client organization with results defined in the business requirements document.
Based on the business requirements document, C.T.Co specialists prepared data warehousing and business intelligence strategy document. The document outlined major elements required to fulfill business requirements of the client, described the proposed solution architecture and provided evaluation of commercial offerings required to construct the solution. C.T.Co also provided a clear roadmap for solution implementation and guidance over transition to a new operational landscape.
