Agile Games 2012 in C.T.Co

We in the CTCO Business Analysis Community have nurtured the idea for quite some time, and it all has happened on Christmas 2012 – with great support from our Human Resources Department and of course, everyone who has come to play!

So what were our games about? We have picked a few brief assignments that agile trainers use to illustrate the agile techniques being described and get the attendees to “feel” the underlying principles hands-on. We remembered how Sir Moroz Senior entertains kids on New Year Parties, and tried to follow his style. The impressions of the event, organization and games content were very positive.
