Refresh and Update for Advanced Scrum Practitioners
Recently we had an extensive two-part training program “Refresh and Update for Advanced Scrum Practitioners”.
The purpose of this program was to equip our Program Managers and Project Managers with the latest insights and skills within the realm of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
The training was led by Agile and digital transformation strategy expert and coach Alek Kozlov.
The training sessions were conducted on-site at our Riga Office and were attended by 29 active participants engaged in the training.
Objectives for the training were the following:
– Understanding Scrum Guide Updates: The primary goal of this training was to ensure that all participants had a comprehensive understanding of the changes in the Scrum Guide. It was important that they comprehend how these modifications impact their day-to-day tasks.
– Shared Scrum Principles: We aimed to promote a shared understanding of Scrum principles among both experienced Scrum practitioners and newcomers. Fostering unity in how we approach Scrum was a key focus.
– Optimal Method Application: The training placed a strong emphasis on educating participants about selecting the right method to ensure efficient project management. The choice of method should be tailored to the specific project/product lifecycle.
We believe that continuous learning and development are at the core of our growth. Thus, we would like to express a big thank you to all the training participants for your participation and valuable feedback!
