Riga Cycling Marathon 2015

On Sunday (May 31, 2015), a high level competition and celebration for all cyclists – Riga Cycling Marathon 2015 – took place in the capital of our small but proud country. Nearly 3,500 cycling enthusiasts from all Latvian regions and surrounding countries gathered in Riga, where largest cycling event took place for 32nd time.

This year Krists Neilands became a winner in Sports distance (94,8 km) in fierce men’s competition, leaving behind sportsmen of a very high level. In ladies’ competition Elīna Sauka was the fastest. Meanwhile, Linards Veide and Adele Ilga Spigovska triumphed in People’s distance (31,6 km).

C.T.Co cycling team consisted of 10 cycling fans and all of them started in People’s distance. Big thanks to everyone who participated! We hope you enjoyed this Marathon and would be glad to see you on other sports events!
