Today is July 26th, 2019 and it is the last Friday of this months which means that the great holiday is here – System Administrator’s and Tech Support Appreciation Day 2019!

We all wish to our IT Infrastructure team that nobody would call you hundreds of times without remembering 10 minutes rule, that all users treat their passwords like their own toothbrush (don’t let anybody else use it, and get a new one every six months), that your server rooms would never be warm and quiet, that you’d never lack the desire to learn and work hard, to encounter not too many “experienced” users who manage to throw quite interesting cases for you to solve.
